Create a simple, beautiful gift bag

Using a red gift bag.
Cut a 2 inch strip of black 3 inches wider than bag. Score at 1 1/2 inches from each end.

For buckle:
Cut a 3 inch square from silver or gold paper.
Cut vertical slits on each side 1/2 inch in from edge and from 1/2 inch to 2 1/2 inch point on square.

Slide black strip thru buckle centering buckle on strip.
Attach to bag 2 inches from bottom edge using Sticky Strip. Fold score lines over sides of bag.
